Drum 4UR Life is a community drumming group in North Ayrshire. We love to drum, make music together and share our drumming with others.
We all have a heartbeat, we all walk in rhythm, so we all can drum. It is easy to join and become part of our circle.
Why drumming?
Research demonstrates that drumming is good for our health and wellbeing. It reduces stress, boosts the immune system, builds confidence and helps process trauma. Our members describe the experience as: fun, exhilarating, relaxing, mood enhancing.
Partnership:
Drum 4UR Life was birthed through North Ayrshire Wellbeing & Recovery College and this partnership continues to offer students an experience of 'Drumming for Wellbeing'
