

MICHELLE CONNOLLY
Michelle Connolly is an accomplished community musician, VMC Certified Drum Circle Facilitator, and endorsed REMO artist, as well as the founder of Gruvi Beatz — an initiative dedicated to promoting mental well-being and social inclusion through the power of music. Driven by a passion for rhythm as a tool for connection, Michelle has developed Gruvi Beatz into a vibrant platform that welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
Michelle specialises in creating accessible, non-judgemental spaces where participants can explore creativity, emotional expression, and collective music-making. Her workshops and community projects focus on unlocking confidence, reducing stress, and strengthening supportive relationships, particularly within communities where access to creative opportunities may be limited.
With extensive experience across both creative and community sectors, Michelle brings a unique blend of musicianship, facilitation skills, and empathy to every session she leads.
