What is a session?

An interactive music and rhythm making workshop that will enable participants of all abilities to explore music in a fun and energetic way. 

During these sessions you are invited to share their own personal rhythm whilst connecting through music.

What will we do?

There will be a variety of musical games to help participants play together whilst they learn throughout the session. Together we will tell a story through the ‘groove’ in a way that encourages us to use our creative imagination whilst building self-esteem and confidence.

The aim of each session is to create fun through music and rhythm. Each session gives both verbal and non-verbal participants the chance to experience communication through music and rhythm. There is no ‘wrong way’ as these sessions aim to empower you to feel accepted, valued and to achieve their individual goals.

What will I play?

Each session will use a variety of hand drums and percussion.
